		<description>It's the classic old saw about learning the basics before you can be trusted with the big stuff.  It could also be a working meditation.  It could be a way to make your patient feel well looked after, if you take that much care with making the bed, how fabulous and detailed you are likely to be looking after their needs?  Just don't be so good that everyone looks to you to do their "hospital corners"!  They don't still make you bounce a coin on the bed, do they?</description>
